About Us
Our Philosophy
At Fog Crest Vineyard, our unique terroir is married to meticulous viticultural practices, blending modern technology with old-world winemaking.
The Vineyard
Fog Crest Vineyard was established in 1998 in the Russian River Valley American Viticultural Area of Sonoma County, California.
Fog Crest Vineyard Wine Pairing Dinner at Heritage Golf Club
Guests at the Heritage Golf Club in Hilliard, Ohio on August 7th, enjoyed a full evening of gourmet food paired with Fog Crest Vineyard Wines. We’d like to thank Jon Offredo of Wines, LLC for hosting the dinner and introducing our wines to the Ohio area, and Heritage Golf Club for creating such a delicious menu to showcase the wines. We’d also like to thank all of the guests that attended the dinner for the opportunity to introduce you to our wines – we hope you enjoyed them.
First Course: Scallops with Mixed Greens and a Lemon Vinaigrette paired with Fog Crest Vineyard 2010 Laguna West Chardonnay – Russian River Valley
Second Course: Seared Salmon on Corn Risotto with a Citrus Cream Sauce paired with Fog Crest Vineyard 2010 Estate Chardonnay – Russian River Valley
Third Course: Grilled Pork Chop on Mushroom Polenta with French Beans paired with Fog Crest Vineyard 2011 Laguna West Pinot Noir – Russian River Valley
Fourth Course: Filet with a Dried Cherry Demi Glace served with Yukon Mash and Asparagus – Paired with Fog Crest Vineyard 2011 Estate Pinot Noir
Fifth Course: Chocolate Pots du Creme – Paired with Fiamberti, Sangue de Guida, Lombardy
