David Ramey, Consulting Winemaker David Ramey is hailed as a pioneer who helped raise the bar for American wines, and brought California to the forefront of the international wine world. David’s groundbreaking work with indigenous yeasts and malolactic and barrel fermentation has yielded a benchmark California style that is richer, and more lush, silky, and smooth. Besides his own Ramey Wine Cellars, David has worked for Chalk Hill, Matanzas Creek, Dominus Estate, and Rudd Estate.

Daniel Moore, Winemaker Daniel Moore has made wine for more than two decades in Northern California. Prior to establishing his current SoloRosa and ZMOR wine labels with partner Jeff Morgan, Daniel was the winemaker at Lynmar Winery in the Russian River Valley from its inception in the early 1990s. His Lynmar Pinot Noir and Chardonnay were highly regarded and served in many of the finest restaurants throughout the US. Prior to Lynmar Winery, Daniel was an early champion of the Russian River Valley and gewürztraminer in particular at his own Z Moore Winery.
