Nose: Spice, clove and lemon grass add interest to lemon lime aromas that also show a nuance of butterscotch.
Flavors: The citrus flavors are balanced by a mouth filling minerality yielding a long, crisp, balanced finish.
The use of mature oak aging will allow the mineral flavors to develop complexity with the fruit character creating a wine that has the youthful exuberance of Chablis as well as the ability to age gracefully like the wine from our Estate Vineyards.

Nose: At first whiff, the wine displays vibrant notes of cherries, sassafras and spice. As the wine ages in the bottle expect the aromas to evolve into violets and rose petals with a long silky finish.
Flavors: The cherry flavors are the first impression spread across the palate by the wines acidity. As the wine lingers notes of oak and savory herb serve to enhance the fruit character. In its youth, the wine is still tightly wound allowing it to unfold in the glass with every taste.

2012 San Francisco Wine Competition Best of Class Medal Winner

Nose: Initial impressions show dark brooding fruit aromas. Two swirls of the glass coax out a melange of dark fruit spices and earth components.
Flavors: Cola and plum aromas follow with matching flavors wrapped around fat coating tannins. The wines tannins add a plush weight to the mid-palate finishing with long lingering fruit and truffle flavors. The wine will be at its best after it “broods” for 5 or more years in the bottle.

Flavors: Cherry, plum and yet more cherry lift up aromas of sassafras and nuances of anise. At first taste the wine reveals a core of mixed berry cherry flavors supported by ripe soft tannins. Quintessential to the house style the wine has great structure from natural acidity that sends flavors of dark fruit and cola to a lingering finish.
